I have not tried, but you can try some books like 'refinery economics' sorry for not recalling author's name. The tanks may have facilities for agitation in which case the possible procedures are as already discussed.
Product Blending Calculation - We experience significant problems with some clients who persist in using proprietary programs or programs based on the refeiners own equations for temperature Vs Viscosity which is a key element in these programs. Such a cutter stock could typically have a viscosity at 100 °C of 1.
This works for similar components you mentioned above. I have not tried, but you can try some books like 'refinery economics' sorry for not recalling author's name. I suspect this is going to be proprietary info and not readily available - def. I have developed own technique and still collecting data to verify fully but curious to know if other methods compare in procedure. Another method is using availabe correlations like Healy's correlation. Indexing methods like these based on empirical data. So they work best with the crude that they are based on.
